1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with NordicGreens Microgreens, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms of service.

2. Products and Orders

All microgreens are fresh, perishable food products grown and harvested to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

We deliver within our designated service area in Bucks County, PA and surrounding communities. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must be available to receive perishable products upon delivery. We are not responsible for product quality if you are not available to accept delivery, or proper receiving receptacle having been provided to protect the perishable food in the elements

4. Perishable Products

Our microgreens are living, fresh products with a limited shelf life. Once delivered, proper refrigeration and handling are your responsibility. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that spoil due to improper storage after delivery.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

7. Allergies and Health

While we take care in growing our products, you are responsible for knowing your own allergies and dietary restrictions. Microgreens are raw agricultural products and should be washed before consumption. We make no health claims about our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

NordicGreens Microgreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
